I’ve been running for over 15 years and during that time have completed races from the mile to 50k. I’m currently training for my first 100 mile race.
I’m here to help you learn how to fuel fuel your body on and off the run. I know how great running can feel when you give your body the tools (aka fuel) it needs to perform.
