Is it best to sign up while training for a race or in my off-season?
There is never a bad time to focus on your nutrition and fueling for the run. I've had clients be successful with both. Working through nutrition and fueling strategies during the off-season can take the pressure off. That being said, other runners like having the feedback while putting fueling stratgies for long runs into place.
Is this only for runners who run a certain pace?
I work with runners all across the board: whether gearing up for their first 5k or running an ultra marathon. The amazing thing about nutrition is that it can make or break your race no matter what pace you run.
Do you take insurance?
No, all services are private pay, but I can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement if you file it with your insurance company.
If I purchase this program and change my mind and want a refund, can I receive one?
No, unfortunately no refunds will be given or offered for any products or services.
