Hi, I'm Amy Goblirsch
aka The Running Dietitian

I was once an under-fueled runner who thought thinner = faster.

I dieted in hopes of losing weight and running some big personal records (PRs). While dieting, running felt harder.

I didn’t have more energy and I was definitely not running any PRs. I was tired all the time and could barely complete my workouts, much less live my life.

That all changed when my mindset went to fueled = faster.

I ditched dieting and haven’t looked back since.
I’ve been on both sides and know how great running can feel when your body is fueled.

My mission is to help you feel confident with fueling your body for runningand to have the energy to live your life.

We take a look at how you are fueling your body on and off the run to see where we can find tune things to better support running and life.

You will learn listen to your body's hunger and fullness signals and build meals and snacks that support the season of training you are in.

I help you take the guesswork out of fueling for the run.

Together, we build a customized plan based on your race distance. From there you will try it out on your runs and we will adjust as necessary until we have it nailed down.
