Nutrition-first race prep

Most training plans ignore the single biggest performance lever: what you eat and when. This program puts fueling at the center of your race prep.

Built for every kind of distance runner.

Whether you’re toeing the line at a half, full, or ultra, if you’ve never had a structured fueling plan, this changes everything.

🎯
Half marathoners
You want to finish strong and finally figure out what to eat before and during your race. We’ll build your fueling foundation so race day feels manageable, not stressful.
Full marathoners
You’ve run before but know your nutrition has been holding you back. Dialing in your fueling could be the missing piece between you and that goal time.
🔁
Ultra runners
You’re covering serious miles and need a real fueling strategy. Better energy, fewer GI issues, and smarter recovery all start with what you eat.

Four months. One mission.

Each phase of the program aligns with where you are in your training: from building habits early to executing perfectly on race day.

Frequently asked.

Still on the fence? Here are the most common questions.

Do I need a specific training plan to join?
Nope. This program is nutrition-only. You follow whatever training plan you’re already using and this slots alongside it to handle the fueling side.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You’ll never miss the content, and you can submit questions in advance even if you can’t attend live.
I have a sensitive stomach. Is this right for me?
Yes. GI issues are one of the most common race-day problems and a major focus of this program. Gut training is built into the curriculum from month one.
I’m running my first race. Will I keep up?
Absolutely. The group is mixed levels by design. The nutrition principles are universal, and you’ll actually have an advantage: you’re building good habits from the start.
What’s the time commitment per week?
One 60-minute group call every two weeks, plus time to review resources at your own pace. Most runners find 1 to 2 hours per week outside of training is plenty.
